B&B Hotel Bochum-City

The property is one U-Bahn station away from Bochum Hauptbahnhof, near to the Rathaus. The property is relatively new, modern, basic and clean. The staff are very friendly and super helpful. We booked a family room for 4 nights as we were visiting family and friends to celebrate New Year. The room was on the 5th floor and looked out to a railway track. We however did not see or hear any trains (we had read from other reviews that this was an issue). The family room had bunk beds for our 2 children and a double bed for us. It was big enough for our needs. The shower/ toilet is small, however that too fitted in with our requirements. We booked for breakfast on some of the days and it was again ok with all of us and reasonably priced

I liked the location of this hotel, the cleanliness and staff were lovely. I felt this was good value for money and very close to the centre of Bochum. I was staying here as a solo traveller whilst on a study trip for 5 nights. I felt safe in the city and in the hotel. I liked that it is coded entry rather than having a key card. The room was ideal for what I needed. A comfy bed, hot shower and storage for clothes etc. Overall very happy with the hotel. The room was a perfect size for a solo traveller.

The staff was very friendly and kind. We are a family of four and stayed in a family room. The room was clean and small, but it was enough for just a 1 night stay. My kids enjoyed the bunk beds.

B and B's are generally no frills but are clean and comfortable. Hotel was easy to find and (although I didn't realise at the time), Bochum West train station is only a few yards away.

Everything; this is a very new hotel and the management have done an amazing job selecting people of the highest calibre. My mattress was Sublime and the shower was heavenly; the breakfast is also more than expected

Everything was compact and well organized - small but with comfort. Hot water and AC were well (my room was on 4th floor). There was no big noise inside, just outside (road).

We really enjoyed our stay. Most important to us is a clean room and it was perfect. Just as a thought, due to the location there is no real place to park for check-in. Next time we will make sure we pay for parking ahead of time to be able to enter the parking lot.
